Important Team Forms

Registering your team is the first step to an exciting tournament season with SD Science Olympiad!

Download this form, fill it out, and take a copy to your school's Business office.
The finance process can be long; be sure to immediately upload a copy to the form to accelerate access to the year's Rules Manual!

We incorporate a lot of media during and after the state tournament to share the moment and promote the program.

All participating students must submit a completed and signed Media Release Form by Tournament Day.

Please submit your preliminary roster size to help us plan and prepare for your participation in the State Tournament. Please complete by
March 6 of the tournament season.

Please download the Final Roster Form and bring it filled out and signed by your school's principal. Please bring the paper copy to submit with your Media forms on Tournament Day.
